Pacific Media Expo announces additional guests

Tygra's Voice Roars Through Pacific Media Expo

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Matthew Mercer, the voice of Tygra in the new version of the Thundercats animated series, comes to Pacific Media Expo for the first time to talk about his current and past projects. He will have a focus panel, a press conference, and an autograph session with fans on Saturday, November 12, 2011.

Before lending his voice to Tygra in the 2011 reboot of Thundercats, Mercer can be heard as many characters in anime favorites such as Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Akira, and many others. He has lent his voice to video game characters Fei Long in Street Fighter IV and Super Street Fighter IV, Stryker in Mortal Kombat, and various characters in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.


WeHeartJapan's Stephanie Sheh to Appear at Pacific Media Expo 2011

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Anime industry luminaries Stephanie Sheh, Steve Yun, and Takayuki Karahashi, will be at Pacific Media Expo 2011 in behalf of WeHeartJapan, an organization dedicated to raising relief funds in the aftermath of the March 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami.

The WeHeartJapan will be appearing in a panel on Saturday, November 12, 2011. In addition to the panel regarding the latest news from Japan, Sheh, Yun, and Karahashi will be at a community table at Pacific Media Expo to meet with fans and to share stories.
