Nekocon announces confirmed guest list

HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA - September 6, 2006 - NekoCon 9: Past, Present, Future is just a few weeks away, and the Neko crew are getting ready for another amazing year!

Pre-registration ends October 6th, 2006, just $35 dollars. ($45 at door)
